Information about the controller of personal data, grounds for processing, and rights of data subjects whose data are processed by Solvbot 

The personal data controller is Solvbot Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, address: ul. Lipowa 3/21, 30-702 Kraków.

Purposes and legal grounds for data processing: 

Your personal data will be processed by Solvbot sp. z o.o. for recruitment purposes.   

The legal grounds for the processing of your personal data are as follows: 

  1. Article 6(1)(c) (the purpose and extent of the processing results from applicable law, including in particular Article 221 § 2 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labour Code), 
  2. Article 6(1)(a) (the basis for the processing is your consent given by sending more data than required by law),
  3. Article 6(1)(b) (the processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract — if our cooperation is to be based on a civil law contract); 

– of Regulation of the European Parliament of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. 

 Solvbot sp. z o.o. will process your personal data for the period necessary to select the best candidate, in particular:   

– in the case of positions for which we are constantly recruiting, or if the application is submitted without indicating a position — no longer than 1 year from the date of receipt of the application; 

– in the case of positions for which we conduct individual recruitment in order to select one person for a given position — for the duration of the recruitment process, and no longer than 3 months after its completion; 

– if you have given your consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment — for a period of 2 years from the moment of consent, but not longer than until its withdrawal.  

In the case of personal data obtained by Solvbot Sp. z o.o. based on your consent, Solvbot Sp. z o.o. will process your personal data until the consent is withdrawn, provided that there are no other legal grounds for their processing.  

Your personal data may also be processed by Solvbot Sp. z o.o. for the purposes of future recruitment if you have given your consent to this. 

Automated decision-making 

Your personal data may be subject to automated decision-making (i.e., without the participation of a human factor), however, such decisions are always verified by the Controller and do not have a significant impact on your situation. 

Categories of data recipients: 

The Controller may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients: 

  1. Parties authorized to obtain them under the law, 
  2. Parties in cooperation with which Solvbot Sp. z o.o. performs its duties or pursues objectives related to recruitment, in particular HR agencies,
  3. Parties providing services to the Controller, e.g., a party providing accounting or legal services.

The parties referred to above process your personal data on the basis of a contract with Solvbot Sp. z o.o., or on the basis of a relevant authorization, and the transfer of these data is subject to security measures and supervision on the part of Solvbot Sp. z o.o. as the personal data controller. 

Rights of the data subject: 

You have the right to request from Solvbot Sp. z o.o.: 

  • Access to your personal data, 
  • Rectification of your personal data, 
  • Erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, and 
  • Transfer of your personal data to the extent that the data processing is based on your consent. 

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interest of Solvbot Sp. z.o.o. 

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on that consent before its withdrawal.

Regardless of the above rights, if you believe that your personal data are processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data. 

Obligation to provide personal data 

Providing the data required by Solvbot Sp. z o.o. is a condition for taking part in the recruitment process. The provision of these data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will prevent you from taking part in the recruitment process.
