Payment methods and settings

Proforma Invoice

A proforma invoice is issued based on the number of users and active proceedings, depending on the selected package. The VAT invoice will be automatically issued after the payment is registered in the account. Payment registration may take up to 2-3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.

The proforma invoice is available in the “Settlement” -> “Invoices” tab.

You can pay the invoices in two ways:

  • Through a payment gateway.
  • Via a traditional bank transfer.

Payment via Payment Gateway

This payment method is the simplest and fastest way to settle the payment. To use this option, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Settlement” -> “Invoices” tab.
  2. Click on the invoice you want to settle.
  3. Then click “Continue to the payment gateway”.
  4. Choose the payment method, such as BLIK or Online Transfer, and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that we are currently working on implementing card payments.
  5. After making the payment, you will have the option to view the invoice on the screen. Additionally, you will receive a notification of the payment registration via email.
  6. By clicking “View Invoice”, you can see and download the invoice.

Payment via Traditional Bank Transfer

To pay the invoice via a traditional bank transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Settlement” -> “Invoices” tab.
  2. Click on the invoice you want to settle.
  3. On this page, you will find the necessary information for making the bank transfer and completing the payment.
  4. The VAT invoice will be automatically issued after the payment is registered in the account. Payment registration may take up to 2-3 business days, depending on the chosen payment method.

Failure to Pay the Invoice on Time

The payment due date for the invoice is displayed in the “Settlement” -> “Invoices” tab. In case of non-payment within 14 days of issuing the invoice, access to the system will be suspended.
